fix_modify AtC mesh create_nodeset <id> <xmin> <xmax> <ymin> <ymax> <zmin> <zmax>

• <id> = id to assign to the collection of FE nodes
• <xmin> <xmax> <ymin> <ymax> <zmin> <zmax> = coordinates of the bounding box that contains only the desired nodes
