Web Client Scripts

Jobs can be submitted to the MEME web applications from Python and Perl scrpt by using the Opal Client Toolkit. The Opal toolkit uses SOAP to allow client scripts to make function calls that executed on the server.

MemeClient.py is a simple Python script that submits a MEME job to the MEME servers at meme.nbcr.net.
